1. Package Details
- Package Name: 3-Month Property Listing Package
- Price: ₹3499/-
- Validity: 90 days from date of activation
- Refund Guarantee: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription anytime within the first 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations requested after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
- To cancel your package, you must email us at [saravanan@makeyourproperty.com] with your registered email ID and order details.
3. Refund Policy
- A full refund (₹3499/-) will be processed if:
- The cancellation request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The property listing(s) do not violate any of our terms of service.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation requested after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Listings that are removed due to violation of terms (e.g., misleading content, illegal properties, or spam).
- Multiple refund requests from the same user across different accounts.
5. Listing Activation or Delivery
- Your property listing will be activated within 2 business days of successful payment and submission of listing details.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the listing is live.
